Having ourselves hired holiday homes for a number of years, we
feel this cottage is a bit different from the average - we hope that after looking
at the pictures (follow the links above) you'll see what we mean !
The cottage, whilst providing modern comforts, is undoubtedly
French in style and location !
Whilst it could take more, it has been designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people.
No squeezing extra people onto sofa-beds in the living room (and charging
accordingly), as you'll find elsewhere !
Recently refurbished throughout, the cottage consists of :
All on ground floor :

sofa, table & chairs, breakfast bar/stools, bookshelves, TV (French terrestrial channels),
air-conditioning unit and double French doors opening onto your terrace |
| in a corner of the living room : modern fitted kitchenette includes
2 ring ceramic hob, mini-oven and fridge (a washing machine is available for
you to use in an outbuilding) |
| bedroom : with a double bed, bedside tables, fitted
wardrobe and air-conditioning unit |

en-suite shower-room and WC - with large shower cubicle |
and outside :

and chairs and views over the garden |
| use of the spacious and well established garden, with sun-loungers
and BBQ |

| the garden is shared only with the owners Siobhan and John
(whose house is along the garden path from the cottage). Their 4 small daschunds
have their own private garden - although they spend most of their time
preferring the comfort of the house, as you can see ! |

colour brochure (with illustrated map of places to visit etc.) and our
information booklet - with everything from our favourite places to eat and

course maps and directions for getting to the cottage ! |

Hot water heating is by overnight electric immersion heater.
Space heating is electric (via the combined air-conditioning/heating system).
All doors & windows are double glazed, and the cottage is well insulated so it
is nice and snug and warm whatever the weather !
We're sorry to say that some of the internal doors are too narrow for wheelchairs to get through. Otherwise,
all accommodation is on the ground floor, the cottage is easily accessible from
the garden, and the facilities are quite accessible for people with mobility
difficulties.
