We want you to have a great holiday, treating the villa and grounds as if they were your home, to be able to relax and feel comfortable.

So ... no long list of "does and don'ts" ... but just a few "Comfort Guidelines" :

1. Please ask us about pets ... the villa may be suitable for small dogs !

2. Smoking : in the interests of other guests, please do not smoke in the villa ! If you need to smoke, please do so on the terrace or in the garden.

3. Occupancy : the villa is only suitable for a maximum of 6 people to stay in comfort. Please do not exceed that number at any time overnight.
