We want you to have a great holiday, treating the studios as if they were your home, to be able to relax and feel comfortable.

So ... no long list of "does and don'ts" ... but just a few "Comfort Guidelines" :

1. The studios will suit people who are independent travellers, wanting to explore for themselves what France has to offer, and wanting to stay in French residences (rather than holiday complexes or hotels surrounded by other holiday-makers).

   They won't suit people who feel more comfortable with package holidays, having everything arranged for them and being in the company of other holiday-makers !

    

2. The Residences in which the studios are located are ideal for those seeking a nice relaxing holiday home in tranquil surroundings, but with the life of La Rochelle nearby. Whilst the Residences are relaxed and friendly, we would ask that you please respect & be polite to other occupants - although some are also holidaymakers, for many others this is their home.

In particular, please book somewhere else if you want loud, late night parties with your friends !

3. Sorry - no pets please !

4. Smoking : in the interests of other guests, please do not smoke in the studio. If you need to smoke, please do so on the balcony or in the grounds !
