As with any other reservation you make, or order you place, there are
conditions / small print - often in a foreign language (English legalese, French
...) or hidden away so you never see them.
Ours are different : the print is easy to read and we've prepared a plain
English translation for our English speaking guests ! They are based upon
standard booking conditions used by many French letting agents.

- You make your booking by sending us a completed Booking Form and a booking
deposit of 25% of the rental due

The remaining payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday,
including :

full payment of rental due (less
booking deposit already paid)

£100 (€145) per booking breakages/excess cleaning deposit
("dépôt de garantie" under French law),
which will be returned to you within 7 days after the end of your holiday,
less any deductions for : breakages; excessive cleaning that is needed or
telephone charges incurred. We simply collect this with your final payment,
and return it direct to your credit or debit card within 7 days.

The process is simple and pain free : you pay
the £100 / €145 from your credit or debit card when making your rental payment. We then simply
reimburse your credit or debit card with your deposit within 7 days of the
end of your stay. And we will cover any WorldPay charges
incurred in making the transactions. That way no cash has to change
hands, and all you end up paying us is your rental - as if you were booking
a hotel !

The remaining final payment is
then due 8 weeks before the booking starts.

Unfortunately, if we haven't received the full balance of any monies due 8
weeks before the holiday starts, we have to reserve the right to cancel the
booking, let the
studio to someone else and retain your booking deposit.

However, excluding July/August bookings, if you want to
book well in advance and plan to fly, but your air tickets are not on sale
yet, provided you
state that on your Booking Form if you then find that no suitable air
tickets are available for your dates of travel, we will happily
transfer your booking deposit to another booking of any of our properties
(subject to availability), or give you a "credit note" if you do not wish
to rebook immediately |

We will try to let the studio to someone else,
and if successful we will just retain the booking deposit and return all other
monies to you.
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per studio
(plus a child in either the Studio du Parc Frank Delmas or
Studio pres de la Ville en Bois) - please do not exceed these occupancy
levels
More for your protection that ours, you should have
