Does the published price include bed linen, bath towels & tea towels ?

(You may find other studios don't provide these, or charge extra)

   
Does the published price include tourist tax (taxe de sejour) ?

 (Many hotels and other studios charge this extra - about 1 Euro per person per night)

   
Does the published price include car parking ?

(Many hotels and other studios either have no parking available, or charge extra)

   
Does the published price include normal cleaning ?

(Many French studios charge you extra for cleaning - perhaps up to 50 Euros)

   
Are you able to arrive early enough to enjoy the rest of the afternoon, and leave late enough not to have to rush ?

(Our studios are available from 16.00 - perhaps even earlier - and you don't have to leave until 12.00 - perhaps even later. Other studios may not allow you to arrive before 17.00 - and many hotels and studios want you out by 10.00)

   
Is your accommodation in a high quality private residence, rather than in a holiday complex/residence, with the accompanying noise and disruption  ?    
Is it furnished and equipped as an individual and comfortable "home from home", rather than as a characterless holiday room ?    
Does it have a proper, good quality bed - rather than a sofa-bed ?    
Does it have a balcony, with sun loungers and/or table/chairs ?    
Does it have a fitted kitchen or kitchenette - so you can cater for yourselves whenever you fancy ? And have breakfast whenever you like - without having to share with crowds of other people ?    
Does it have a sitting area with sofa, for you to relax when you get back from a hard day's sightseeing ?    
Does it have electric heating in all rooms ?    
Is all electricity included in the rental price ?    
Are initial coffee and tea making supplies waiting for your refreshment when you arrive ? And a complimentary bottle of local red wine ?    
Is a TV with video or DVD provided, free of charge?    
Is a direct dial telephone provided (enabling internet access if you bring a laptop) ?    
Does it have an abundance of up to date tourist maps, guides and leaflets - and do you get sent an information booklet with everything from the owners' favourite places to eat and drink, to the all important opening times of local supermarkets ?    
Do you arrive to find an Information Folder with details of everything from the latest weather forecast, times of local markets, and information about how to use all the studio's facilities ?
