Weatherproof Holidays !

Home

Are you :

bulletfed up with the weather ?
bulletin need of a break to look forward to ?

Then take control and book yourself a "Weatherproof Holiday" in the Charente Maritime !!

Of course we are in the second sunniest area of France (beaten only by the Cote d'Azur), with up to twice as much sunshine per day as the UK or Ireland, but these days you can't take the weather for granted wherever you go ...

So take control and choose to stay in places where you can have a great holiday whatever the weather !!

Weatherproof Holidays :

Stay in our countryside gite La Vieille Grange and thanks to our stunning new 28 m2 garden room/terrace - complete with log burner should you need it - you can relax and enjoy the views of the garden, valley and village church beyond whatever the weather !

Average hours of sunshine in the "Quieter Seasons" (October - May) are up to 9 hours per day in May (even February averages 4 hours per day !).

But even when you do get a bit of rain, if the tranquility of your garden room gets too much, you can venture out and have fun whatever the weather :

bullet

go Cognac tasting in ... Cognac !
