Here's a guide if you wish to pay by credit or debit
card on-line using the WorldPay facility.
You can also pay be credit or debit card manually by letting
us have your credit card details direct.
When you click on the link contained in the e-mail invoice
we send you, your browser will take you automatically
to a payment page on our web-site. The instructions to pay the invoice are self explanatory,
but the following summary may be useful if you haven't used WorldPay before.
1st page : our website's Payment page
Enter the requested information : name; address; postcode; country; telephone number; e-mail
address; dates you are booking; purpose of payment (booking deposit, final
payment or other); and amount of payment
If you haven't already done
so, please read our Booking Arrangements, which include our refund policy,
by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.
Then click on the
"Process Order" button at the bottom of the page.
You will be automatically
redirected to the secure payment section on the WorldPay website :
2nd page : WorldPay's Secure Payment Page (1)
Check your name, dates of
booking and payment amount.
Click on whichever card you
want to use.
You will be
automatically redirected to the second (and final) secure payment page on
the WorldPay website :
3rd page : WorldPay's Secure Payment Page (2)
Complete the requested
information : card
number; security code; expiry date; and cardholder's name.
Check what you have entered
and then click on the "Make Payment" button
You will then be redirected to
a WorldPay Thank You page, that will give you a WorldPay Transaction ID
You have finished making your
payment : we suggest you close down your browser, especially if you share
your computer with others !
You will receive an e-mail from
WorldPay confirming the
transaction, and your Transaction
ID number. Don't worry - this e-mail does not contain credit card details !
If payment was for your
Booking Deposit, include
that Transaction ID number on the Booking Form you send us.
WorldPay notify us that the
money has been received and as soon as we have received your Booking Form we
will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of Booking Form and payment,
followed by written confirmation
in the post
