Payment may be made in either Euros or Pounds Sterling (see below). Pounds Sterling prices are valid for all bookings made before 31st January 2009. Euro prices may be reviewed in the meantime, to reflect exchange rate variations.

However, all prices published below are valid for all bookings made now, regardless of when you are booking for - so you can book your 2009 holiday at 2008 prices !

And if you book during the festive months of December or January, we will donate 5% of the total rental price to charity, regardless of when the booking is for. Over the last 4 years more than £1,100 has been donated to either Amnesty International, Médecins Sans Frontières or the Tsunami disaster appeal.

Different minimum booking periods and changeover days apply depending upon the time of year : see availability calendar. However, some flexibility may be possible - ask us.

Prices are charged according to the month in which the majority of the booked week falls (i.e. 4 nights in June + 3 nights in July = June prices. 3 nights in March + 4 nights in April = April prices).

A 10% discount* is available for bookings of 3 weeks (which is our maximum stay bookable, except for returning guests).

All year a 5% single occupancy discount is available.

*only one discount (returning guests/Twin Centre 2nd week/mailing list special offer etc) can be claimed upon any week
