	offering privacy, relaxation, views, an enormous (6x4 metre) all weather & all year round garden room/terrace (heated when needed), an acre of garden and an 11x5 metre swimming pool (May-Oct), for 2-4 people (sorry - the gite isn't suitable for children under 13 years nor for pets)
	but at a value-for-money price
	and with quality & reliability assured : we've been successfully letting properties in the UK for over 12 years and here in France for 6 years - with on average 50% of bookings being from returning guests !!

The location :

	in gently rolling countryside surrounded by vineyards and sunflowers (depending on season !)
	but within 10 minutes of the Gironde estuary and quiet marinas and 30 minutes of a nice beach
	with lots of lovely local places to visit
	with a wide range of restaurants and shops within 10-25 mins drive
	just 10 minutes from the Pole Nature (nature reserve) at Port Vitrezay
