Less than 8 weeks

If you are booking less than 8 weeks in advance :

Please read the Booking Conditions and our Comfort Guidelines to check they're OK with you..
Check availability :
* look at our availability on this website : click here
* then e-mail, text, fax or ring us to check availability (we may have recently taken a booking !)
* if you e-mail us, you will immediately receive an auto-response e-mail confirming we've received your e-mail. We then aim to reply either that evening or the following morning. Or ring us on the numbers in the auto-response e-mail for an immediate response !

Then if you wish to book you simply need to do 3 things :

	Firstly, e-mail or phone us to confirm you wish to book. We will then hold the dates for you for 24 hours pending receipt of your booking deposit, followed in due course by your booking form.
	Secondly, make your payment :

If you are booking less than 8 weeks in advance, full payment of the rental price is payable at the time of booking. This includes a 25% non returnable booking deposit.

A £100 (€145) per booking breakages/excess cleaning deposit (« dépôt de garantie » under French law) is also payable at the time of booking, which will be returned to you within 7 days after the end of your holiday, less any deductions for breakages, excessive cleaning that is needed or telephone charges.

The process is simple and pain free : you pay the £100 / €145 from your credit or debit card when making your rental payment. We then simply reimburse your credit or debit card with your deposit within 7 days of the end of your stay. And we will cover any WorldPay charges incurred in making the transactions. That way no cash has to change hands, and all you end up paying us is your rental - as if you were booking a hotel !
Repeat guests, who have stayed in any of our holiday properties before, do not need to pay any breakages/excess cleaning deposit at all - all we ask is that you promise to pay for any breakages etc !

For bookings for our Studios à La Rochelle , we only accept payments by credit or debit card (through the secure on-line payment services of WorldPay - a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland), in order to enable us to confirm your booking quickly and if need be at short notice.

The quickest way for you to secure your booking is therefore for you to phone us to check availability and to give us your credit or debit card details over the phone at the same time. We can then ring you back almost immediately to confirm your booking, subject only to our receiving your booking form in due course.

But if you prefer to pay on-line yourself we will send you a link by e-mail for you to make the payment yourself via WorldPay. (Further information about these payment options can be found via the "a la carte" home page )

Finally, send us a completed Booking Form :

We will send you a blank Booking Form by e-mail, or a booking form is available for printing off from this web site (Booking Form), or from us by post or fax.

Complete it and return it to us by e-mail, post or fax and your booking is confirmed !! If you return it by e-mail we will ask you sign it when you arrive.

Confirmation

	Upon receipt of your payment and booking form, we will confirm your booking by e-mail.
	If your booking is more than 2 weeks away, we will also put written confirmation in the post to you, together with a copy of the Directions/ Information Booklet (including directions for getting to the studio and other practical information you may find useful such as location of banks/shops/bars/restaurants, opening times etc) and a link to enable you to download a copy of the studio's brochure, if you wish to. The link also enables you to download or order a range of La Rochelle tourist brochures etc.
	If your booking is less than 2 weeks away we will include in the e-mail links to enable you to download from our website copies of the Directions/Information Booklet and the brochure, so you have the immediate comfort of knowing where you are going !

Arrival arrangements

	A fortnight before your arrival, we will e-mail you again in order to confirm final arrival arrangements, including your anticipated time of arrival.
	On the day of arrival we will meet you at the studio, show you around and hand over the keys
